Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) required both experienced project management
as well as technical support expertise to assist with their Tessitura integration.

Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra with their Tessitura integration.

Summary:
The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) executive leadership came to the realization that
they needed outside consulting assistance to help them successfully complete the
Tessitura implementation. The complexity of the integration required experienced
project management. KlearSky was contracted to complete the job and to provide technology
support for post conversion tasks.
KlearSky has executed over a dozen successful Tessitura implementations and has
honed the project management approach. For an organization as large and diverse
as the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra it was critical that KlearSky provide strong
leadership for the project team while keeping the steering committee (executive
leadership) informed of project’s progress.
Over the course of a year and half KlearSky worked with the Cincinnati Symphony
Orchestra staff to complete the Tessitura implementation, reorganize staff processes
and procedures, oversee the CSO website integration with Tessitura, assist with
financial reports, and manage staff training.
